​Plants ship potted. Cancellations of your order must be made by midnight on the Sunday before your item is scheduled to ship. Cancellation requests after that will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We do not warranty our plants. Returns/Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Plants can occasionally have damage upon arrival. Cosmetic damage is not considered a reason for replacement or discount. Plants may go through shock from shipping (including dropping leaves and flowers) and may take some time to recover. 

If your plant is damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to correct it.
