Plants are grown outdoors and may have minor blemishes present. No plants with any major flaws will ever be shipped. Please be aware of growing conditions required for this plant before ordering. Plants are treated regularly and visually inspected for pests before shipping. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to correct it. Plants ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays unless otherwise requested. 

Cancelations of your order must be made by midnight on the Sunday before your item is scheduled to ship. Cancelation requests after that will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 
 
Returns/Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Plants can occasionally have damage upon arrival. Cosmetic damage will not be considered a reason for replacement or discount. Plants may go through shock from shipping and may take some time to recover.
